WhiteRiver Park has taken all reasonable safety precautions, however accidents can and do happen! You enter our facility at your own risk. In the event of any injury, even if only minor, please report to a senior member of staff before leaving. All drivers must obey WhiteRiver Park's rules and regulations at all times. Our marshals are here to help provide the safest environment possible and their word is final. Dangerous manoeuvres or out-of-control driving is never acceptable on our circuit.
24 HOUR DISCLAIMER
In consideration of my being permitted to undertake go-karting, I agree to keep harmless and keep indemnified WhiteRiver Park Ltd., its employees and their sponsors, and the drivers of vehicles, their representatives, landowners, officials, servants, representative agents and any other person or organisation using the facilities in respect of all claims, costs, expenses and demands in respect of death of, or injury to, or loss on damage in property of myself, arising in pursuance of my undergoing instruction and use of the facilities. I accept that I shall be solely responsible for any decision to drive or discontinue to drive any go-kart at any time whilst it is in my possession or under my control and I acknowledge that, should I be dissatisfied prior to driving the vehicle, I am required to discontinue driving the said vehicle forthwith. I hereby declare that I am in good health and that my eyesight is up to the standard required for a road test and that I am not suffering from epilepsy or haemophilia or any other illness or disability that might make it unsafe for me to drive. I will advise Whiteriver Park Ltd./Teesside Karting Ltd. forthwith if any changes in my health should occur after the date hereof. I accept that I shall be solely responsible for any decision as to my fitness to drive any motor vehicle. I accept these WhiteRiver Park Ltd. rules of racing and confirm that all regular drivers have signed this disclaimer.
COVID-19 PROTOCOLS
Numbers on site will be strictly limited in line with government guidelines. No spectators are allowed until further notice and each team may bring along up to 12 persons consisting of drivers or helpers. All people attending the event must fill out the COVID-19 declaration to be allowed past security on the gate. Anyone presenting with symptoms of COVID-19 will be refused entry and asked to leave the circuit immediately - failure to do so will result in a permanent ban from the circuit.

I have read and agree to all the above and understand that I must abide by the rules and regulations of WhiteRiver Park Ltd. & Teesside Karting Ltd. as well as the 24hr Karting Series.
WhiteRiver Park Ltd. reserves the right to refuse admission to any person, and furthermore, reserve the right to cease to provide instructions or facilities to any individual or group at any time without giving reason. Whiteriver Park Ltd. would like to remind all clients that the consumption of alcohol and or drugs before and during any form of driving is strictly forbidden.
I am of good health and do not suffer from any illness/disability that could affect my ability to drive.
